Yes, as soon as your device connects to the internet, all your reports are synchronised to our cloud. They can then be accessed from any device linked to your account.

✔︎ Is my data secure?

Yes, your data is stored securely in our cloud, hosted in Europe. We use tried-and-tested open-source secure solutions to ensure that your data remains private and accessible only to you.

✔︎ Can I use the app even without connectivity?

Yes, you can create reports whilst offline, in a basement or in an area with no signal. The reports are saved on your device and synchronised in the background as soon as you’re back online. Your reports will then be viewable on all your devices.

✔︎ Can I export my reports as PDFs?

Yes, each report is generated as a professional PDF that includes pictures and signatures. You can then send it by email or instant messaging, or simply file it away.

✔︎ How does the customer’s signature work?

The customer and the operator sign directly on the screen of your phone or tablet using their finger, just as they would when signing for a parcel. The signatures are included in the final report.

✔︎ Which devices is the app compatible with?

ReadyReport is available on Android and iOS devices, both smartphones and tablets. A webapp is also available for you to use on your computer. Your reports are automatically synchronised across all your devices.

✔︎ How can I access the pro features?

Our Pro tier allows you to generate more than 5 reports per month, add as many clients or photos as you like, customise your reports with your company logo, and more. You can subscribe via your mobile app or, better still, directly on the webapp. The actual price may depend on your currency, but it goes for about 5 € per month or 50 € per year. Cancel at any time.

✔︎ Can I work on reports as part of a team?

The current version is designed for individual use. The enterprise version will soon enable sharing and team management. For the time being, each technician manages their own reports.
